Job Description

  • Define Project Scope: Establish project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Budget Creation: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Cost Control: Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to keep the project within budget.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Team Coordination: Assemble and lead project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the project team.
