Job Description

  • Lead all phases of ground-up retail and grocery store construction projects.
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client relations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Mentor project teams, including APMs, supers, and field staff.
  • Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on strategic project decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience managing ground-up retail/grocery store projects, $10M+.
  • Strong understanding of sitework, core & shell, and retail interiors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Local experience in the tri-state area preferred.
