This would include assembling construction project plans and teamwork assignments, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating quality, time line issues appropriately.

Job Description

  • The construction project manager will be responsible for all activities related to the construction projects including: procurement, submittals, creating and maintaining scheduling to ensure an on-time completion, and to work within the budget parameters
  • Be able work on projects in a variety of construction sectors
  • Great Communication skills
  • Successful client management experience
  • Support in troubleshooting the final deliverable after completion

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor degree preferably in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field
  • 7-12 years as a Project Manager
  • Project experience needed within light industrial, entertainment, and large commercial projects
  • Outgoing and collaborative personality
  • Be able to work with clients and subcontractors
  • Have a history of goal setting and adhering to time lines and budgets
  • Have exemplary organizational skills
  • Be able to run divisions independently
  • Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Prolog
  • History of project management work with established companies
