With a skilled team and a track record of successful projects, They emphasizes collaboration and efficiency to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities as a Superintendent include:Coordinating daily operations, scheduling tasks, and managing resources to ensure the project stays on track.Collaborate with Project Manager regarding all field operations and information initiated at the siteSupervising on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.Ensuring that all work meets industry standards and project specifications through regular inspections and monitoring.Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all workers.Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to facilitate effective communication.Address and resolving issues that arise on-site promptly to minimize delaysAssist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures to keep the project within financial limits.Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and incidents for reporting and compliance purposes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
