Construction Sr. Superintendent

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage and supervise construction teams, providing leadership and guidance as required.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns promptly.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
