Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of interior construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee on-site operations, including subcontractor coordination and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and implement solutions effectively.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, updating them on project progress.
  • Prepare and review project schedules, ensuring proper resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues promptly.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience in managing interior construction projects, particularly Class A interiors.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to handle project challenges.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and teams.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management tools.
  • 3+ years of experience with a general contractor
