Driven by a mission to create jobs, provide housing, and uplift neighborhoods, they blend innovation with a passion for community development.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to maintain efficiency and quality standards.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and company policies.Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and address challenges.Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to coordinate workflow and problem-solve on-site issues.Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and subcontractor coordination.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
