They are looking for a Construction Superintendent (Commercial Interiors) to join their growing team!
Job Description
As a Construction Superintendent (Commercial Interiors) you will:
- Work directly with the project manager to oversee project from conception to completion
- Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site
- Plan and coordinate all daily activities at the job site
- Enforce OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality
- Maintain complete and organized records of the job site

The Successful Applicant
As a Construction Superintendent (Commercial Interiors) you will:
- 10+ years of experience and knowledge of commercial construction
- Ability to be the lead superintendent on projects and manage effectively
- Strong leadership skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Commute to Job-Sites throughout Manhattan
- Proven project list of commercial projects
- Must be tech-savvy
