Construction Superintendent | Commercial & Multifamily

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure project goals are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and records.
• Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets specifications and client expectations.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
