Construction Superintendent - Commercial

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Communicate progress updates and project challenges to stakeholders effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and logs.
• Resolve conflicts or issues on-site to minimize delays and disruptions.
