About Our Client

With over a decade of experience and a current annual revenue of $40-60 million, my client is a dynamic general contractor and subcontractor based in Washington, DC. Their team of 20 is tight-knit, collaborative, and deeply committed to quality and growth. They're currently working on major DGS projects including the Mayor's Office in the Wilson Building and have a strong pipeline of work. Despite their rapid growth goals, they've preserved a culture of care, mentorship, and opportunity.

Job Description

You'll start with a $1.5M design-build project at Kinsmen Park, then transition to the high-profile Wilson Building Mayor's Office renovation. You'll report directly to the VP and serve as the lead Superintendent on site, with regular office meetings.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing all field operations and subcontractor coordination
Ensuring safety, schedule, and quality compliance
Leading site meetings and reporting progress
Collaborating with PMs and leadership to drive project success
