Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors, upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, maintain safety standards, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the build.
  • Communicate project updates to the management team, ensuring that timelines and client expectations are met.
  • Ensure project execution adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and high-quality craftsmanship.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a superintendent, preferably in commercial construction.
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing ground-up and interior projects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a knack for resolving on-site challenges.
  • Deep understanding of safety protocols, building regulations, and construction procedures.
