Job Description

  • Project Oversight: Lead projects primarily in renovations and interiors across various sectors, such as manufacturing, education, commercial, and nonprofit.
  • On-site Leadership: Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring that projects progress according to plans, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize tech tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting, an area of focus as the client seeks to adopt more modernized processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure cohesive progress and address any challenges.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 5+ years as a superintendent, or an Assistant Superintendent from a larger company looking to advance.
  • Project Background: Strong background in renovations, interiors, and some ground-up construction.
  • Tech-Savvy: Embraces technology and is comfortable with software tools for scheduling and communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Adaptable with a proactive approach to handling on-site challenges and maintaining project timelines.
