Job Description

As Superintendent, you'll oversee all aspects of field operations for healthcare and government renovation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and internal teams
  • Resolve field issues promptly and professionally
  • Conduct quality control inspections and documentation
  • Support company growth initiatives in new markets
