After a year-long culture initiative involving both field and office teams, my client has redefined its mission and values to better serve its people, partners, and community.Job DescriptionMy client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will serve as the on-site leader, coordinating all trades and managing day-to-day construction activities.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirementsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staffMaintain daily logs, schedules, and reportsLead site meetings and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectorsEnsure adherence to project plans, specifications, and building codesUtilize tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, and Excel for documentation and schedulingMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
