About Our Client
Our client is a globally recognized company, with offices across the US, Canada, Ireland and the UK. Specializing in general contracting and construction management, our client is seeking an experienced healthcare construction superintendent.
The Project Superintendent is responsible for the timely and cost effective field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects. Prepares the project schedule, maintains reports accurately describing project status, and review status with the Project Manager and client representatives on a regular basis. May be one of several Superintendents on larger projects.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or related field of study.
5-10 years' of field experience in healthcare interior projects.
Experience should include some supervisory responsibility as a General Foreman, Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
Well-developed, communications, interpersonal, organizational and team work skills are required.
