Construction Superintendent - Healthcare

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards specific to healthcare construction.
• Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and present progress reports to project stakeholders and management.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members and clients.
