Job Description

The Superintendent is responsible for:

  • Leading the day to day operations on a hotel guest room renovation in Falmouth, MA
  • Managing on-site construction team, subcontractors, and trades
  • Ensuring work is carried out according to plans and schedules
  • Supervising construction projects, particularly within the hospitality sector
  • Monitoring and enforcing safety protocols and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Acting as primary point of contact on site, resolving issues

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Superintendent with a GC
  • A strong track record in the commercial, hospitality or multifamily space
  • Familiarity with Procore
  • Must have MA CSL & can provide license number & expiration date
  • Ability to be based in Massachusetts & travel throughout the state after Falmouth job
