Job Description

  1. Project Management: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of high-end residential interior construction projects, from pre-construction to completion, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

  2. Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes.

  3. Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, while maintaining quality and craftsmanship standards.

  4. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship meets the highest standards of luxury residential construction.

  5. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process.

  6. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and onsite personnel, to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  7. Problem-solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues, conflicts, and challenges in a proactive and efficient manner to minimize disruptions and delays.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in luxury residential interior construction.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques specific to high-end residential projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client experiences.
  • Will have come up from the trades
