Responsibilities for Construction Superintendent k-12 education building in Los Angeles:

• Oversee all phases of k-12 education building construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and staff to maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address any challenges.
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders regularly.
