Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for K-12 projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve construction challenges.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee subcontractors and laborers, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and site conditions.
