The sky is the limit in terms of growth and they look to make every new employee a lifer.Job DescriptionSupervise and evaluate all assigned personnel.Lead the site team throughout the project cycle from beginning to end,Hold preconstruction meetings with the subcontractors prior to each phase of the project.Create baseline production schedule for the project.Review and assist in creating scopes of work for each subcontractor.Administer a Quality Control Plan on site.Review and approve both invoices and requisitions to ensure all payments to vendor are correct.Create and maintain a positive and safe work environment,Ensure contract scope is understood by the entire site management team.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
