Job Description

Construction Superintendent - Life Science -Marlborough, MA - Responsibilities

  • Oversee field staff and report to the Superintendent Group Lead.
  • Create detailed construction schedules, including task sequencing, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage daily construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality and address any deficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

Construction Superintendent - Life Science -Marlborough, MA - Will have

  • Experience managing $5M+ life sciences projects as a Superintendent.
  • OSHA 30 certification and MA CSL.
  • Strong collaborative skills, excellent time management, and communication abilities.
  • Proven experience leading field staff.
