Job Description

  • Lead field operations, including safety, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors.
  • Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Maintain client communication, especially with executives in healthcare and life science organizations.
  • Manage occupied renovation projects with minimal disruption to the surrounding environment.
  • Conduct daily site walks to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

  • Certifications: CSL required.

  • Location: Commutable to Boston.



What's on Offer

  • Salary: $120,000-$140,000 (higher for exceptional candidates).
