Construction Superintendent - Long Island

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project management teams to maintain seamless workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities, progress reports, and incident logs.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing project plans and schedules.
