Job Description

  • Supervise daily field operations on high‑end retail construction projects
  • Manage luxury interior fit‑outs, flagship stores, and boutique builds
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
  • Enforce safety, quality control, and strict brand standards
  • Track schedules, milestones, and fast‑track delivery requirements
  • Work closely with Project Managers, owners, designers, and landlords
  • Navigate Manhattan logistics, building rules, and DOB compliance
  • Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and punch list items

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Proven Retail Construction Superintendent with luxury project experience
  • Background in high‑end retail, flagship stores, or luxury interiors
  • Experience working in Manhattan commercial buildings and retail spaces
  • Deep knowledge of interior finishes, millwork, lighting, and MEP coordination
  • Comfortable managing aggressive schedules and night/weekend work
  • Detail‑oriented leader focused on quality, safety, and brand execution
