About Our Client

This family-based GC located just North of DFW is adding a Superintendent with strong retail construction experience. If you like running a site with confidence, keeping crews moving, and delivering a clean, on‑time project, this role will feel like home.

You'll have autonomy in the field, direct communication with project leadership, and steady project flow thanks to long-standing client relationships.

Job Description

  • Manage McDonald's remodels and ground-up projects from cradle to grave
  • Maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation
  • Deliver responsive, solutions‑oriented communication to clients and field teams
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving efficiently

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years in retail/QSR construction
  • McDonalds or Bojangles experience is a plus but not requred
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-first environment
  • Confident communicator who leads with clarity and accountability
