Job Description



  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.


  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and workflow to maintain seamless site activity.


  • Oversee quality control, enforce safety standards, and proactively address issues to avoid delays.


  • Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and ownership team to provide updates and support project goals.


  • Maintain detailed daily logs, site documentation, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with strong ground-up and/or interior experience.


  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, read blueprints, and lead a site with confidence and professionalism.


  • Strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and a leadership style that promotes collaboration.


  • OSHA certification and strong safety awareness are highly preferred.


  • Someone who is reliable, organized, and capable of representing the company well on active job sites.
