• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and communicate project requirements effectively.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with goals.
