Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site operations for mixed commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to address and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and project managers effectively.
  • Review and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
  • Mentor and lead on-site staff to maintain productivity and morale.
