The company is known for its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and building long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors, all while focusing on delivering high-quality results rather than becoming the largest player in the industry.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Multifamily will be responsible for:Oversee the entire construction timeline, ensuring that each phase of the project is completed on time and coordinating daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.Ensure that construction work meets the required standards and specifications by conducting regular inspections and monitoring the quality of materials and craftsmanship.Enforce safety protocols on the construction site, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.Supervise and coordinate subcontractors' activities, ensuring they meet their project deadlines and adhere to the project's quality and safety standards.Address any unexpected challenges or delays by quickly identifying problems, proposing solutions, and implementing necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
