Job Description

  • Supervise daily field operations on NYC SCA construction projects
  • Enforce SCA, DOE, DOB, and OSHA safety and compliance standards
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics
  • Manage work in occupied schools, active campuses, and phased builds
  • Review drawings, scopes, and site conditions to prevent delays
  • Communicate with SCA representatives, CMs, and project stakeholders
  • Maintain daily reports, schedules, and site documentation

  • Proven Superintendent with NYC SCA project experience (required)
  • Strong background in school construction, renovations, or new builds
  • Experience working in occupied schools and phased construction

  • Ability to manage multiple trades and aggressive public‑sector schedules
