Construction Superintendent

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction teams.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
