This company specializes in luxury homes and has a reputation of excellent work as well as a great culture and great pay.Job DescriptionThis Construction Superintendent should have experiene with:Project Oversight: Supervise and manage all phases of construction for luxury home projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of subcontractors, laborers, and other construction staff. Ensure that all workers follow safety regulations and project protocols.Quality Control: Ensure that the craftsmanship and finishes meet the highest standards of quality expected in luxury homes. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design plans, specifications, and local building codes.Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process.Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of work completed, issues encountered, and other project-related activities.
