Key responsibilities include:Oversee daily field operations from mobilization through final turnoverCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain schedule and qualityEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standardsMonitor construction progress and proactively resolve field issuesLead site meetings and ensure alignment across all trades and stakeholdersCollaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryUphold high standards of workmanship and ensure adherence to project specificationsMentor junior field staff and promote a positive, productive job site cultureMaintain accurate documentation including daily logs, inspections, and reportsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
