Construction Superintendent

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Supervise subcontractors and labor teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address construction challenges and implement solutions.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed daily reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of materials to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
• Lead project meetings to communicate updates and resolve any issues efficiently.
