Construction Superintendent

• Manage all aspects of multifamily and residential construction projects, including wood-frame and new construction builds.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety standards on the job site.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• General knowledge of Building and Construction codes
