With a focus on excellence, collaboration, and long-term client relationships, they specialize in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments across New Jersey and surrounding areas.Job DescriptionThe superintendent will be responsible for:Project Management: Review and interpret contract documents including architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.Team Leadership: Manage daily field operations including subcontractor coordination, trade sequencing, and schedule updates.Documentation: Produce RFIs, maintain construction logs, write daily field reports, and communicate effectively via email.
