Construction Superintendent

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to meet project milestones.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and resolve any on-site challenges promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and change orders.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment on-site.
