Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site activities to ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to guide construction operations.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to project standards and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including inspections and approvals.
