Construction Superintendent

As Construction Superintendent, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage daily site operations for luxury gut renovation projects
• Supervise trades, subcontractors, and sequencing of work
• Maintain project schedule and coordinate closely with the Project Manager
• Ensure superior craftsmanship and adherence to architectural specifications
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and proactively resolve field issues
• Enforce site safety protocols and NYC DOB compliance
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates to project stakeholders
• Manage punchlists, closeout tasks, and final finish quality
