Job Description

As a construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:



  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities and subcontractors


  • Manage schedules, sequencing, and site logistics


  • Ensure work is completed per drawings, specifications, and quality standards


  • Coordinate inspections and ensure code and safety compliance


  • Communicate with Project Managers, designers, and ownership


  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

The Successful Applicant



  • 3+ years of construction Superintendent experience (GC experience preferred)


  • Experience managing interior build-outs or renovations


  • Strong knowledge of trades, sequencing, and site coordination


  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings


  • Familiarity with NYC job sites and regulations is a plus


  • Detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills
