Job Description

  • Lead the implementation, training, and adoption of Procore across all project teams.
  • Manage the integration of Procore with other construction management tools and software.
  • Provide ongoing support to staff in troubleshooting issues with Procore and other technologies.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure effective use of Procore, ensuring that all team members understand best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and IT teams to optimize construction workflows and processes.
  • Monitor the performance of technology tools and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in construction technology and software to recommend new tools and systems as needed.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights to improve project outcomes, from budgeting to scheduling to quality control.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all technology-related inquiries and challenges.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction technology management or a related role, ideally with a strong knowledge of Procore.
  • Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and other construction-related software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing technology solutions.
  • Experience in training teams on new technologies and tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of general construction practices and project management principles is a plus.
