This is a high-performance team, and you'll be part of a project with national visibility.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day field operations for large-scale ground-up data center constructionCoordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and safety on-siteEnforce project compliance with safety, quality, and procedural standardsMaintain strong relationships with trade partners, clients, and internal project teamsCommunicate regularly with Project Managers and senior leadershipEnsure milestones are met with a focus on safety and operational excellenceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
