Job Description



  • Develop, lead, and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.


  • Source and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.


  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.


  • Manage the procurement budget and track KPIs such as cost savings, delivery times, and supplier performance.


  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand for goods and services.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.


  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, legal) to understand their procurement needs.


  • Continuously assess supplier performance and develop risk mitigation strategies.


  • Implement best practices in purchasing and vendor management.


  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).


  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPM, or CSCP are a plus.


  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.


  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.


  • Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.


  • Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).


  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.



Preferred Skills:



  • Knowledge of international sourcing and logistics.


  • Experience in sustainability and ethical sourcing.


  • Familiarity with data analysis and forecasting tools.
