Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Execution



  • Own and execute the company's content marketing strategy aligned with business and clinical goals.


  • Collaborate with product, clinical, and commercial teams to create educational and high-value content that builds trust and positions the brand as a thought leader.



Content Development & Oversight



  • Maintain a robust content calendar across formats: blogs, landing pages, case studies, video, webinar scripts, social media, and more.


  • Write and edit persuasive, on-brand copy across marketing channels and ensure content quality, voice, and compliance.



Social Media Management



  • Lead content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.


  • Monitor metrics, refine posting schedules, and stay ahead of trends to drive reach and engagement.



Creative Collaboration



  • Work cross-functionally with creative and design teams to bring visually compelling, cohesive stories to life.


  • Brainstorm and develop content campaigns that capture attention across the fertility and healthcare space.



Data-Driven Content Optimization



  • Use analytics to inform content planning, understand what resonates, and refine strategies.


  • A/B test creative formats, headlines, and messaging to maximize performance and ROI.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications



  • 4-7 years of experience in content marketing or digital editorial roles.


  • Strong writing and editing skills; adept at transforming technical content into clear, engaging copy.


  • Proficient in SEO, digital content trends, and social media marketing.


  • Visual storytelling sensibility and a solid understanding of brand consistency.


  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and collaborators.


  • Bonus: Experience applying direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing techniques in B2B or B2B2C environments.
