The equipment is an integral part of the manufacturing processes at many world-renowned companies, and is used to improve efficiencies and reduce pollution.Job DescriptionCreate and execute a strategic Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap aligned with business objectives by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing high-impact process improvement initiatives.Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to deliver the CI roadmap through effective deployment of CI methodologies and tools, including Value Stream Mapping, A3 Problem Solving, Standard Work, Pull Systems, Changeover Reduction, Transactional Process Improvement, Value Analysis/Value Engineering, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly, and other relevant CI techniques.Partner with leadership to embed continuous improvement principles into management systems, daily operations, and decision-making processes.Establish, track, and sustain key performance indicators (KPIs) and visual management systems to measure progress and drive accountability.Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI tools, problem-solving methods, and continuous improvement fundamentals.Collaborate across departments to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities, streamline workflows, and improve overall operational effectiveness.Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, root causes, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Support enterprise strategic initiatives, including cost reduction, quality improvement, delivery performance, and throughput optimization.Document, standardize, and deploy best practices to ensure consistency and long-term sustainability across the organization.Benchmark internal and external best practices and continuously evolve the CI strategy to support changing business needs.Promote a safe and compliant work environment by upholding Beck safety policies and integrating safety considerations into all continuous improvement activities to enhance employee well-being and operational performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in engineeringExperience in a business that effectively utilizes CI tools.Advanced knowledge of assembly and machining processes are a plus.5+ years of experience in facilitating and applying CI tools in product design, manufacturing, sales/marketing, and finance.Strong knowledge of CI tools and techniques (e.g., VSM, A3, SW, Kanban, SMED, TPI, VAVE, DFMA).Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams.Analytical, data-driven, and process oriented.Ability to influence and lead change across diverse teams.Customer-centric mindset.Proven record of leading successful CI transformations.Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Minitab, etc.).Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, listening, and structured problem-solving skills.Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software is a plus.What's on OfferSalary: $95,000 - $140,000Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): As an employee-owned company, staff members have a direct stake in the company's success, potentially enhancing their financial futures.Competitive CompensationProfessional Development: Employees have opportunities to learn new trades and advance within the company.
