Continuous Improvement & OpEx Manager - Manufacturing

The Continuous Improvement & OpEx Manager - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Partner with leadership and frontline teams to identify improvement opportunities and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process and quality issues.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor employees at all levels on Lean tools and techniques.
• Support the deployment of Operational Excellence frameworks and standards across the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure alignment and sustainability of improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, ROI, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
