The Continuous Improvement and OpEx Manager is responsible for driving a culture of operational excellence across the manufacturing organization. This role leads strategic initiatives focused on improving productivity, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness through Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. If interested, please read on and apply to the Continuous Improvement & OpEx Manager - Manufacturing job based North of Boston.Job DescriptionThe Continuous Improvement & OpEx Manager - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:Lead and facilitate cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.Partner with leadership and frontline teams to identify improvement opportunities and build a culture of continuous improvement.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process and quality issues.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and impact of improvement initiatives.Train and mentor employees at all levels on Lean tools and techniques.Support the deployment of Operational Excellence frameworks and standards across the organization.Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure alignment and sustainability of improvements.Prepare and present reports on project status, ROI, and performance metrics to senior leadership.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
