Special projects may be assigned as they come up. Responsibilities include:Review, draft and/or revise (as applicable) various legal agreements, including but not limited to, vendor service agreements (with a focus on data protection, cyber security and information security clauses), outside counsel engagement letters, syndicated and bilateral loan agreements and various types of transaction agreements and amendments to such agreements.Provide general legal advice with respect to the conduct of a major financial institution's operations, including, but not limited to, the assessment and mitigation of the legal risks that may arise in the conduct of its operations, its compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and data protection, information security and confidentiality obligations and requirements.Monitor non-performing loans and prepare restructure or exit legal documents.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
