  • JD or LLM
  • Admission to a US State Bar
  • Experience with broad based business immigration matters, including: Adjustment of Status and all required documentation, IV, NIV
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
  • Excellent case management skills
